If someone told me a month ago that I would feel compelled to write a review about an endoscopy center; I would have told them that they were crazy. I was dreading my first colonoscopy! However, here I am nine days later and I can't thank Commonwealth Endoscopy enough. Christina, Nancy, Kayla, Dr. Slye, anesthesiology... honestly the whole staff made EXTREMELY nervous me so comfortable. They listened to my concerns, dealt with my idiosyncrasies and explained everything that they would be doing step by step. If you're reading this review trying to figure out when and where to schedule your exam, give Commonwealth Endoscopy a call. I'm so thankful that my doctor recommended them to me and that my experience was as pleasant as could be. -Deb
Had me delayed 2 hours. Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Go anywhere but here
I had a colonoscopy a few years back and had a comfortable experience. Everyone was pleasant and took the tie to answer my questions. As it was my first time under anesthesia, I was nervous, but they explained the process, and all went well fortunately.

I was scheduled at 1:00 for a colonoscopy, I’m still waiting with a room full of patients, the staff is rude and unprofessional. The office knew hours ago that the DR was running behind and didn’t have the decency to call with a heads up. This office needs to be ran with a little more efficiency and empathy for its patients. I will never use or recommend this office again.
