Mitesh S. Bhalala, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Rochester and New York University School of Medicine. After completing a medical internship and residency at the University of Virginia Health System he went on to complete a fellowship at New York Medical College in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Gastroenterology. His interests include all general digestive disease and liver disorders. He is an active member of the American Gastroenterology Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
