Telemedicine in Massachusetts

We are pleased to provide our patients with the option of telemedicine. This will enable our providers to perform telemedicine/virtual office visits, in lieu of an actual office visit so we can continue to provide you with uninterrupted care. You will be able to have face-to-face video and audio contact with your provider.

Medicare and most commercial insurers are now covering telemedicine visits the same as an in-person visit, depending on your insurance carrier, deductible, copayment or co-insurance may apply the same as an in-person office visit.

Please contact the office to schedule a telemedicine/virtual visit at (508) 588-6700 > option 1.

If you have gastrointestinal symptoms that you feel are urgent or can’t wait, please don’t hesitate to call (508) 588-6700 > option 3. Your provider will be notified promptly of your problem or concern, and you should expect a call back from your provider at his/her earliest convenience.

Virtual visit by telemedicine is easy to use. You will need either a smartphone, tablet or computer with internet access and a camera to get started.

When you call to schedule your telemedicine visit you will be given further instruction by one of our staff members and our provider links are available below for your convenience.
