Covid-19 Update

Our Covid-19 policy has changed following the May 12, 2023, end of the Covid-19 Public Health Emergency.

Our practice will no longer screen patients for Covid-19 prior to appointments.

We remain committed to keeping our patients and staff healthy and ask that you consider the following:

• We encourage our patients and staff to get vaccinated for Covid-19.
• If you become symptomatic with upper respiratory symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify the office.  You may be asked to wear a mask during your visit.
  All office locations will have masks on hand.

Cold/Flu Like/Covid Symptoms:

• Fever or Chills
• New Cough
• Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle / Body Aches
• Headache
• Loss of Taste or Smell
• Sore Throat
• Congestion
• Diarrhea
• Nausea / Vomiting
